AVID LLC President Sam Wilson to Speak at UAV Conference

Sam Wilson, President of AVID LLC, has accepted an invitation to speak at the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 23/24. Wilson will discuss the deployment of UAVs for enhanced surveillance and border protection, which has long since been an area of focus for AVID and their project partners.

Wilson's address is part of a series of lectures by over twenty top experts in the UAV field, including topics of the latest needs and requirements of UAVs, the next generation of UAVs for Homeland Defense, and the future of Unmanned Platforms and opportunities in the near space realm. This event will provide valuable information on the development of UAVs and their rapidly growing importance. The National Military Intelligence Association, the American Institute of Engineers, and the Association of Naval Aviation are the event sponsors.
