AVID LLC announces fifth consecutive year of double digit growth

Blacksburg, Virginia, November 29, 2006 - AVID LLC (www.avidaerospace.com), a leading research and development firm for unconventional concepts in aircraft design, announces its fifth consecutive year of double digit revenue growth. "Our success is most visible in the unmanned aircraft industry, where our tools for aerodynamic analysis, conceptual design, and detailed airfoil design make such an impact," stated President Sam Wilson. AVID LLC provides aircraft design consulting services and produces several aircraft design and analysis software tools. Software design tools include AVID OAV for modeling and simulation of ducted fan vehicles, AVID ACS for modeling and simulation of fixed wing vehicles, AVID PAGE for rapid geometry definition, and AVID SPOT for evaluating sensor and aircraft performance.
